Owners of constructible land/existing real estate are often faced with the same problem: “What are the possibilities for the development of real estate on their terrain…?”. Or in the words of Alice: 'Which road to take ?'. Depending on the size of the project this question has different aspects:

• Larger (development) projects: Given constructable land, what type of real estate can be developed in the current (and nearby) market situation? For what market segment is what kind of a product offered? What is the feasibility of such a project? How do we finance such a project? Ashmore supports the decision making proces with a range of facilties:
