Before the construction of real estate starts, a lot of work has to be done. Even before the architect can even start designing. These phases are shown in the diagrams below.


ASHMORE helps in these first (STARTUP) phases of the development (right diagram) with the following services:
- Situational analysis: You have (the opportunity to acquire) a terrain. But can it be used the way you perceive? What is the value 'grosso modo' of the property? What can you build and what costs are we talking about?
- Situational analysis for acquisition: This analysis includes a calculation for the market value of the real estate and recommendations for negotiations.

- Quick scan: The property is evaluated in terms of usability and marketvalue.

- Feasibility studies: Is the proposed concept feasible? Both is terms of technical feasibility and financial feasibility?
