Project Voorstreek
The owner wanted to explore the possibilities for development of a location in the old centre of the city. The location being an enclosed area with access from three sides.
- The feasibility study indicated that it would be technically possible to realize an apartment/townhouse complex. However, it showed also that the financial feasibility was less obvious due to the high cost of acquisition of missing plots.
- The global product concept aimed at small apartments and townhouses for starters (young couples, students, singles). This market segment financially being less power full, the possibilities for the development were quite limited.
So, after the first study the project was abandoned and the real estate sold.
