Project Haerstate

The location of the former tax office close to the railway station of Oldenzaal lent itself perfectly for redevelopment. Local government wanted to revitalize the area and considered this project as a stimulant for future developments in this impoverished part of the city. Several conceptual studies were made. Resulting in different alternatives for a new apartment complex. The prefered concept was detailed.

• The feasibility study indicated that the realization of a mixed complex of apartments and offices (service business) was very well feasible.
• The market concept aimed at apartments for housing senior people (55+), considering the broad range of care services close by (hospital, nursing home, home for the elderly).
  
• The product concept of wide, luxury & adaptable apartments, provided with an all-year balcony, spacious living with open/closed kitchen, study and a bed room. Parking place in the basement garage accessible by elevator.
