Projects Euroclub Provence

 

The organization Euroclub Provence stimulates the development of senior housing in the Provence. Their goal is bringing landowners and developers together and stimulate developments according the Euroclub concept.

 

For several locations some first ideas about the development possibilities were created. For some of these locations documentation was made to inform local authorities about their ideas. See: Fayence-projects, Cotignac projects (Pdf-documents). The more promising projects/terrains were studied in detail. In some cases the first feasibity analysis’s were made and presented. Several Concepts were created to be used with the parties involved (land owners, developers, constructors). See: Village concept le Jonquier (Pdf-document). In some cases the Design Requirements were formulated for the architects. See Cahier de Charges (Pdf-document). To inform potential members and other parties a brochure was made.
