Project Les Courts Vert

In the South of France - the coastal Bandol/Sanary area - close to the Autoroute A50, a 4 hectare terrain is available for development. It’s location, close to the sea, small and big villages like Bandol and Sanary, international airports, shopping, culture and medical facilities in Toulon/Marseille, is attractive for senior housing. What to realize on this property?

• The feasibility study indicated that the realization of a park-like complex (‘domaine’) of 88 apartments and facilities like a Club House and Health Club is very well feasible.
  
• The market concept aimed to apartments for the housing of senior people (55+), with an international mixed background. The main features are the social and health/fitness infrastructure aiming at the needs of those who are reaching their golden years.
  
• The product concept offers a choice of luxurious apartments (80-150 m2) in different units (2/6/8 apartments per unit) with large balconies (25+ m2) for single and dual occupation. Parking facilities below the apartments accessible by elevator.
  
• The urban concept focuses on the park like layout of apartment units and the Club House and Health Club.
